We collect only what the service needs.

Owner inquiries

We collect the contact and dog information shown on the inquiry form. An administrator reviews it. We share it only with the trainer named on the form when it is suitable to do so.

Listing requests

We collect a requester name, business email, and the evidence or change needed so an administrator can review the request.

Retention

We keep inquiries for up to 180 days after submission, then delete them unless law or an active dispute requires longer retention. We keep listing-request outcomes as an operational record.

Measurement

We measure page and form events without sending names, contact details, ZIP codes, dog details, bite history, messages, record IDs, tokens, or private URLs to analytics.
